THE YOGA

Bee will guide us through a journey of asanas and pranayama to connect, expand and evolve our energies and release our emotional burdens. The courage to linger in vulnerability will be tapped into through meditation, mantra, visualization and affirmations. The physical body will be explored through gentle vinyasa in the mornings and restorative in the evenings. THE Accommodations: Lumeria Maui 

Lumeria Maui is a luxury educational retreat center whose mission is to connect individuals with the sacred 'aina and mystery of Maui through experiential classes & programs.
