Monica King is a Yogini and Mestiza medicine woman in the tradition of Curanderismo. Her style of teaching is therapeutic, influenced by her studies with Indigenous healers in Southern Africa, Mexico, and S. America. She infuses somatic movement, ceremony, and ancient rites of passage into her work on every level. She has facilitated groups at clinics, resorts, addiction facilities, and festivals including Omega Institute, University of Arizona Integrative Medicine Dept., Amansala Resort, Holistika Tulum, Sister Winds Festival, Oregon Eclipse Festival, among others.
